- Membership applications: your name, company name, email, phone number, city, website or social handle, years in business, and the confirmations you make when applying.
- Verification: information and documents we review when verifying you and your business in person, such as government-issued ID, business registration, references and business history.
- Account and profile: login credentials, company profile details, team members you add, and billing details processed by our payment provider.
- Platform activity: watch requests, inventory and listings, catalog shares, deal messages, invoices, payments records, shipment details, reviews and ratings.
- Communications: messages you send to our team, support requests and job applications.

- Device and log data, such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed and the time and date of visits.
- Session and security data used to keep accounts safe, including sign-in events and session timeouts.

- To generate aggregated market and pricing intelligence. Pricing insights shown to members are aggregated and do not identify individual dealers or their customers.
- To keep the network secure, prevent fraud, counterfeits and misuse, and enforce our Terms of Service.
- To process payments and manage subscriptions.
- To communicate with you about your account, the Services and, where permitted, updates from Mazal & Bracha.
- To comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own advertising.
4. How we share it
- Service providers who host and operate the Services on our behalf, including website hosting (Vercel), database hosting (Neon), email delivery, payment processing and analytics. They may use your information only to provide services to us.
- Other members, as described in Section 5.
- Legal and safety: when required by law or legal process, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property or safety of Mazal & Bracha, our members or others, including to investigate fraud or stolen goods.

5. What other members see
Mazal & Bracha is a closed network. Information is visible only to verified members, never to the public.
- Visible to members: your company profile, verified status, city, reviews and rating, and the requests and listings you choose to share.
- Private: your connections list. Other members can see only mutual connections and your total connection count.
- Between deal parties only: the contents of a private deal thread, including photos, papers and terms, are visible only to the dealers in that conversation.
6. Cookies & analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies that are necessary to run the Services, such as keeping you signed in and protecting your session. We may also use privacy-focused analytics to understand how the website is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling necessary cookies may prevent you from signing in. 7. Data storage & security
Our website is hosted on Vercel and application and member data is stored in databases provided by Neon, located in the United States. We use industry-standard safeguards, including encryption in transit, access controls, automatic session timeouts and limited employee access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Data retention
We keep personal information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Services. If your application is not approved, we delete your application information and do not retain it. After an account is closed, we retain information only as needed to comply with legal, tax and accounting obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements.
9. Your rights & choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. You can also opt out of marketing emails at any time using the link in the email.
